Shipping and Returns
When you purchase from our online store you will be able to choose from the following shipping options.
Customer pickup (within 7 days) from our physical store. See contact us page for shop hours and location.
Delivery cost is dependant on volume and/or weight and destination. You can add items to your shopping cart and then find out what the shipping cost will be before you check out.
The following table simply gives an idea of what the shipping prices may be based on item type and destination. The actual shipping cost of an item may differ.

- International orders will have shipping costs quoted prior to order confirmation and payment.
- While most deliveries are packaged and collected by the courier same day and delivered overnight, please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
- Shipments for direct bank deposited payments will be shipped once funds are showing as cleared in our back account (typically overnight).
- Any claim for damage or shortage must be made to Capital Cycles within 7 days of the date of delivery.
- For sales of complete bikes we will fully assemble bikes and ensure they are in a working condition prior to re-packing. For re-packaging we will remove the seat, turn the handlebars, remove the front wheel and remove pedals. If you are not confident in re-assembly we would recommend having your local bike shop do this for you.
All our listed products are backed by the manufacturer?s warranty. Any items for a warranty claim must be accompanied with proof of purchase and sent to Capital Cycles for inspection and assessment. We will then seek a repaired or replaced item from the manufacturer. Freight and labour costs are not covered under any warranty. Please make contact with Capital Cycles prior to shipping items to discuss any claim.
Products (excluding bikes) can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund at the original price less freight, or send you an exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in an unused, unopened condition with no damage (eg. scratches and marks).
- All paperwork and labels must still be intact.
Items being returned for exchanges will incur freight charges.
We cannot refund shipping or labour costs.
