Pricing and Stock

Prices

All pricing is in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%).

While every endeavour is made to ensure accuracy of pricing on our website, we reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. If there is a pricing error for something you?ve ordered, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to discuss if you wish to continue with the order.

Please note - these prices are for online purchases and may not be available in-store.

Stock

All sales are subject to availability of stock. While most items on our website are stocked in our Wellington store, from time to time we may run out of particular items. In most cases we are able to obtain replacement stock within 1-2 days. We will contact you within 24 hours of any likely delay, giving you the option to cancel the order, or wait for replacement stock. We have a good relationship with our suppliers and most items can be obtained with minimal delay.

In most cases we will dispatch on the same day.

We reserve the right to limit the number of items purchased per customer for Specials.

Instore Credit

If you?ve purchased a bike that includes an Instore Credit then we allocate that amount to an account that can be used for purchases up to that amount.

The credit can be used for multiple purchase over time. The details of transactions are kept in our instore Point of Sale system.

An in-store credit can be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
