Same wide profile, exceptional stiffness and UST compatibility made even lighter with an advanced composite rim.
With an internal rim width of 21mm, the Haven wheel is wide and beefy enough for 2.5” tires. UST-compatible rim requires no rim strip, eliminating more weight.
COMPATIBILITY OPTIONS
The Haven hub is optimized for 15/20mm thru axles, but also compatible with standard 9mm quick release mounting via included adapter.
THREADED EYELET
Unique Threaded Eyelet system employs a proprietary nipple that’s threaded both internally and externally. The wheel uses standard straight-pull spokes and can be trued like a standard wheel.
CLASS LEADING STIFFNESS
Weight, width and tubeless options were all priorities with Haven, but class-leading lateral stiffness was at the top of the list as well. Haven's hubs offer a wide spoke bracing angle, and with 24 DT spokes laced three-cross into burly box section rims, these wheels offer exceptional tracking when the going gets rough.
UST COMPATIBLE
-Proprietary UST compatible Easton carbon rims
-Triple Sealed, virtually waterproof Haven hubs are compatible with standard QR9, 15mm and 20mm thru axles.
-Custom Easton cartridge bearings have specific MTB grease, fill rate, seal material and design
-Custom main seals provide optimal balance between sealing and drag
- Tight tolerance axle caps provide another barrier to repel water, mud
-Threaded Insert System uses standard straight-pull spokes and is easily serviceable, repairable, stronger and lighter than competitive UST tubeless rim construction techniques.
