Prices
All pricing is in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%).All orders over $75 will be have no freight charge. Orders under this amount will incur a $5 charge.
While every endeavour is made to ensure accuracy of pricing on our website, we reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. If there is a pricing error for something you’ve ordered, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to discuss if you wish to continue with the order.
Stock
All sales are subject to availability of stock. While most items on our website are stocked in our Wellington store, from time to time we may run out of particular items. In most cases we are able to obtain replacement stock within 1-2 days. We will contact you within 24 hours of any likely delay, giving you the option to cancel the order, or wait for replacement stock. We have a good relationship with our suppliers and most items can be obtained with minimal delay.In most cases we will dispatch on the same day.
We reserve the right to limit the number of items purchased per customer for Specials.
